Trust us, It's really good.
What you will need
1.) A pizza shell. (preferably a smaller one for one serving)
2.) Russian dressing.
3.) Corned beef sliced VERY finely.
4.) 1 cup of sauerkraut
5.) 2 cups of shredded Swiss cheese.
Preparation
First and most important, make sure the pizza shell is doughy and soft, this won't work with a hard pizza shell.
Next put on as much Russian dressing as you want.
Then put on the 1 cup of sauerkraut, make sure you put on the kraut BEFORE the beef.
The add the Corned Beef, make sure it is cut very thin so it will cook all the way through.
Last but not least add your 2 cups of Swiss Cheese.
Cooking
Bake in the oven for 7-8 minutes at 450 degrees.

If you have a convection oven cook it for 6 minutes at 450
