Lemon Baked Haddock Supreme

   Lemon Baked Haddock Supreme


What you will need:
1.) Conventional Oven or Confection Oven
 2.) Freshly cut garlic, (or garlic powder)
3.) Flowered Lemon & Lemon Juice
4.) Frozen or Thawed Haddock
5.) Balsamic Glaze
6.) Oregano
7.) Paprika
8.) Parsley

Preperation:
Take out your frozen or thawed haddock and set it out on your baking tray.
Take out your spices listed above and sprinkle them on your frozen or thawed haddock, if you do not have freshly cut garlic, garlic powder can be used as an easy substitute.

Cooking: 
Before you bake it, make sure it is in 2 cups of water and 1 cup of lemon juice.
 
Bake inside of a confection oven for 8 to 10 minutes on 450, if you do not have a confection oven you can substitute it with a conventional oven also at 450 degrees for 11 to 13 minutes.

Garnishing:
Garnish with flowered lemon. Best to cut with a boning knife or any small sharp knife.
    
Flowered Lemon




Optional:
Drizzle on balsamic glaze over the dish as seen in the above picture.

Typically served as a one person dinner, sided with a dish of white rice or mixed vegetables.
